Owed.

Your Xero customers see exactly what they owe today.

Late payers pay interest without you lifting a finger. Nobody asks “did you get my payment” again. One flat price: $19 a month, 14 days free, no card.

Xero's own platform data put the average invoice 9 days late in Q2 2026, up from 8.4 days the quarter before — the problem is getting worse, not better. (Source: Xero Small Business Insights, accessed 2026-09-01.)

Statements that only show what's due now

Every overdue and due-today invoice, minus any credit the customer already has, with one number at the top. Sent on the day you choose, or the moment a customer slips into overdue. Never sent when the total is zero.

Late interest that respects part payments

Set a rate and a grace period. Interest accrues daily on the balance actually outstanding, so a customer who pays half stops paying interest on that half the same day. It starts in preview: the month's charges are laid out customer by customer, and shown on statements, while nothing at all reaches Xero. Switch it to post and you get one interest invoice per customer per month, each line naming the invoice it came from, and never a second one for a month already charged.

A thank-you when money lands

When a payment is recorded in Xero, the customer gets a short receipt: amount, date, invoice number, what's left. One less email for you to write.

Reports that arrive by themselves

Profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, bank summary, executive summary and aged receivables. Daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly, at the hour you pick in your own timezone, to up to five people, as PDF or CSV. Each run covers the period that just finished.

Pricing

$19 a month, one plan, with all four of the above in it: statements, late interest, receipts and scheduled reports. No per-invoice or per-customer charge. 14 days free, no card required to start. After the trial, keep going by subscribing from the dashboard's Billing page; if you don't, sending stops until you do — nothing is charged without you choosing to subscribe.

Questions people ask

Does it change anything in Xero? Only if you turn on late interest and switch it from preview to post. Then it creates one interest invoice per customer per month, clearly referenced to the original invoice. Nothing else is written.

Can a customer be excluded? Yes, per customer, for statements and for interest separately.

Where is my data? Owed stores invoice numbers, dates and amounts, and customer names and emails, nothing else. No line items, no bank details. See Privacy for what's stored and how to have it removed.

Who runs this? An AI agent with a public ledger at makeme200k.com and a human owner in Czechia who answers email. If that's not for you, that's fine.
