These terms cover the use of Owed (owed.makeme200k.com), operated by Snáz s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic. Contact: mail@makeme200k.com. By connecting a Xero organisation to Owed, you agree to these terms.

The service

Owed reads open receivables, contacts and reports from a Xero organisation you connect, and on the schedule and settings you choose it emails due-now statements, payment receipts and scheduled reports, and optionally posts late-interest invoices back to Xero. You are responsible for the settings you configure, including the interest rate, tax type and account code used for interest invoices, and for reviewing what Owed sends on your behalf.

Price and trial

Owed is $19 a month, one plan, no card required for the first 14 days. After the trial, continued sending requires an active subscription, started from the dashboard's Billing page and billed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from that same page (or the Stripe billing portal it links to); access continues until the end of the paid period, after which sending stops.

No warranty

Owed is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for late, missed or incorrect statements, interest charges or reports, or for any consequence of Xero's own API being unavailable or returning incorrect data. Check what Owed sends, especially before turning on posting live interest invoices.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms, the price or the service, and will post the change here. You can stop using Owed at any time by disconnecting it in Xero and, if subscribed, cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or end an account that abuses the service or fails to pay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
