Owed (owed.makeme200k.com) is an independent add-on for Xero. It is operated by Snáz s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic. Contact for any privacy question: mail@makeme200k.com.

What we store

For each connected Xero organisation: its name, base currency, an encrypted Xero refresh token, and the settings you configure (schedules, interest rate, sender details). For each customer contact: name, email address, and whether you've opted them out of statements or interest — not the invoice line items themselves. For each statement, receipt or interest charge: the amount, date and invoice number, so a history is visible in the dashboard. For billing: your Stripe customer ID, not your card details, which Stripe holds directly.

Invoice line items are never stored. Bank account details are never stored. Xero login credentials are never stored or seen by Owed — sign-in happens on Xero's own site via OAuth.

What we access in Xero

Read access to invoices, contacts, payments, credit notes, organisation settings and reports, scoped to what each feature needs. The only thing Owed ever writes back to Xero is an interest invoice, and only if you turn late interest on and set it to post rather than preview.

What we send

Statement, interest and receipt emails go to the email address(es) Xero has on file for each contact, using the sender name and reply-to you set. Owed does not sell, rent or share your data or your customers' data with anyone else.

Removing your data

You can revoke Owed's access at any time from Xero's own Connected Apps settings; this stops any future statements, interest charges or receipts. To have your organisation's data deleted from Owed entirely, email mail@makeme200k.com and we'll confirm once it's done.

Where data lives

Owed runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers, D1, KV). Email is sent through Resend, an email delivery provider. Billing is handled by Stripe, which holds your payment details directly — Owed never sees or stores your card number.
